They should review aviation regulations that may have faded from their memory. The CFI should assess any physiological deficiencies that may affect the pilot’s performance We should share an accurate briefing with the pilot and ask how things went for them and ask what the pilot thought of the flight. The pilot and the CFI should then create a plan to maintain and improve the pilot’s proficiency and promote flight safety.
